  • Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a 10-week strength training program for adults who want to improve their quality of life and stay physically active. The weekly exercise sessions help improve your strength, flexibility and balance by using safe and effective warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. Weights are made available during the session.

  • A three session class for anyone wanting more control of their time, their life, and their business. Here is what you can expect to receive in this class: Extensive class materials, your own personal "Decision Making" profile assessment and analysis, unlimited access to Pat Gruber's coaching by phone or email during the class sessions, opportunities to network with class participants and a written, personalized action plan for implementing the new skills learned.

  • 4:30 PM   Stay Strong, Stay Healthy - Washington Elementary School (Sedalia, MO)
  • The Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) Program is for middle-aged and older adults who want to improve quality of life and stay active. Instructors have been trained by University of Missouri fitness staff to lead this program. These exercises are easy to learn, safe and effective. Program exercises are low-impact and can be done seated or standing. This program is NOT for people who regularly exercise or are experienced in strength training. Over ten weeks you will increase your strength and improve your balance. After the ten weeks are over you can continue the simple strength training program with a group at your center. Weights will be available on site and trained staff and volunteers will help you learn and do these exercises safely. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Sessions include: Warm-up exercises, simple strengthening exercises (done with or without weights), cool down stretches, and nutrition education.

  • Opportunity to purchase 150 bred heifers that have met the Show-Me-Select requirements from area producers. Heifers follow a strict program for herd health, nutrition, reproduction and genetics. Breeds represented are Angus, Angus Cross, Hereford, Red Angus and Simmental. Guaranteed bred to calving ease bulls with expected calving dates.
